Any increase in entrance fees, tickets, fuel, and/or domestic airline charges will be passed on to guests, as they are controlled by the government and out of our own control.
Transformational Tours & Retreats will be booking air exclusively through our arrangements with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, to ensure priority service in case of weather or other delays or cancellations. To take advantage of this option, please book an appointment at https://tourhelp.youcanbook.me. Or make your own arrangements – it’s up to you! Please note that this is a courtesy only and you are responsible for your flight management, seat assignments, check-in, transit (including hotels if applicable) and documentation for your flight. Transformational Tours & Retreats takes no responsibility beyond booking your air travel.
$5,997 per person covers the complete land package as indicated in the itinerary. Main tour is based on a minimum of 20 guests.
A non-refundable deposit of $1000 holds your space. An interim payment of $2500 is due no later than May 15, 2020. If you sign up after that day, (space permitting) a total of $3500 is due at time of booking.
Final payment of $2497 is due no later than July 17, 2020. If you sign up after that day, (space permitting) payment is due in full at time of booking.
If paying by credit card, please add $209.90 admin fee to the total.
All payments are due 65 days prior to travel, by July 17, 2020. A payment plan is available (call Transformational Tours if you would like to discuss your personal arrangements) but all payments must be received in full by then. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are gladly accepted. Personal and cashier’s checks are also accepted.
Per Royal Caribbean’s policies, all shore excursions, flights booked through our special cruise arrangements, on-board beverage or other optional packages must be paid in full when booked by you.

Departure taxes, security, and fuel surcharges are subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION, EXCEPT AS NOTED. GUESTS CANCELING PRIOR TO MAY 15, 2020 RECEIVE A FULL REFUND LESS THE INITIAL $1,000 DEPOSIT; PRIOR TO JULY 17, 2020 RECEIVE A 50% REFUND OF ALL MONIES ABOVE THE INITIAL DEPOSIT, ON OR AFTER JULY 17, 2020, NO REFUND – WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO BUY TRIP INSURANCE IN CASE OF CANCELLATION and are happy to assist with this process.
Single rooms are available upon payment of a single room supplement of $1,597.00 per person. Transformational Tours & Retreats will provide roommates wherever possible, upon request. If no roommate is available when tour closes, guest will be required to pay a single supplement, so guests are strongly encouraged to sign up with their own roommates.
All travelers need a passport valid for at least six months AFTER the date of entering the country (your passport MUST be valid through at least Aug 19, 2020 or you must renew before travel). Please note that this rule is enforced by Royal Caribbean. Holders of American Passports are NOT required to obtain visas to visit Europe; citizens of other countries, please check with your own embassy or passport office.
Between the US and Europe, each passenger is allowed up to two pieces of checked baggage. Please check with your airline for specifics on the size and weight of your allowed baggage.
Transformational Tours & Retreats is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. TI64162, is a dba of Halle Eavelyn Enterprises, LLC, and a member of the Gifted Travel Network. Gifted Travel Network, Inc. is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. ST39093, and with the California Seller of Travel Program, Registration No. 2113317-40.
Transformational Tours & Retreats has made arrangements for the tour services described in your itinerary and final invoice. Cruise lines, hotels, airlines, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees or servants of, or joint venturers with Transformational Tours & Retreats. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by us or Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., or by Gifted Travel Network, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and the laws of the countries is which the services are supplied.
By agreeing to utilize the services of Transformational Tours & Retreats, the tour participant agrees that Transformational Tours & Retreats, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., L&P Travel, Gifted Travel Network, The THEO Group, Inc, Marcus & Sheila Gillette and any of their affiliates, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of Transformational Tours & Retreats, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., L&P Travel, Gifted Travel Network, The THEO Group, Inc, Marcus & Sheila Gillette and any of their affiliates, employees or agents, or shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident, or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from:
1. the act or omission on the part of any person including but not limited to Transformational Tours & Retreats, Halle Eavelyn, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., L&P Travel, Gifted Travel Network, The THEO Group, Inc, Marcus & Sheila Gillette or their employees;
2. acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, or any cause beyond Transformational Tours & Retreats’, The THEO Group or Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.’s direct control.
No person, other than a representative of Transformational Tours & Retreats or Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., or The THEO Group, Inc, authorized by a document in writing, may vary, add or waive any term or condition in this agreement, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.
Written notice of any claim against Transformational Tours & Retreats or The THEO Group, Inc, must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the date that services were provided to a tour participant.
Although every effort will be made to deliver the trip exactly as in the itinerary, all terms and conditions, including fares, schedules, locations and rates are subject to change without notice, including ports of call on the cruise itinerary. Quality and class will remain the same.
Every effort will be made to ensure the price stays the same, but should the Euro fluctuate significantly, it may become necessary to pass on that cost to you, the guest. If this happens, you will receive as much advance notice as possible.
Transformational Tours & Retreats offers travel insurance which gives you unparalleled access to travel insurance options. If you need help purchasing insurance, please call us at (888) 600-7541. If you do NOT want travel insurance, you will also need to sign a waiver indicating this. Please note: If you want “cancel for any reason” insurance, you MUST purchase it within 30 days of your initial deposit.
By signing this Agreement, I agree to accept and abide by all the terms and conditions outlined above. I acknowledge being fully informed about the details of this trip and of the cancellation policy.
