Any increase in entrance fees, tickets and/or domestic airline charges will be passed on as trip price increases, as they are controlled by the governmental and out of our own control.

$6,997 per person covers the complete land package as indicated in the itinerary. Main tour is based on 30 guests. A non-refundable deposit of $998 holds your space. An interim payment of $2500 is due no later than April 6, 2018. Final payment of $3,499 is due no later than July 6, 2018. If you sign up after that day, (space permitting) payment is due in full at time of booking. Departure taxes, security and fuel surcharges are subject to change without notice.

Please either pay by credit card through our secure online system or, if you are planning on paying another way per the below options, call (888) 600-7541 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements. Second deposit: an interim payment of $2500 is due by April 6th, 2018. Final payments of $3499 are due 60 days prior to travel, by July 6, 2018. A payment plan is available but all payments must be received in full by then. Personal and cashier’s checks, QuickPay by Zelle interbank transfer, or wire transfer are gladly accepted. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are also accepted, with an additional admin fee of $342.85.

GUESTS CANCELING PRIOR TO APRIL 6, 2018 RECEIVE A FULL REFUND LESS THE INITIAL $998 DEPOSIT; PRIOR TO JULY 6, 2018 RECEIVE A 50% REFUND OF ALL MONIES ABOVE THE INITIAL DEPOSIT, ON OR AFTER JULY 6, 2018, NO REFUND – WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO BUY TRIP INSURANCE IN CASE OF CANCELLATION and are happy to assist with this process.
Single rooms are available upon payment of a single room supplement of $1,321.74 per person. Transformational Tours & Retreats will provide roommates whenever possible, upon request. If no roommate is available when tour closes, guest will be required to pay a single supplement, so guests are strongly encouraged to sign up with their own roommates.
All travelers need a passport valid for at least six months AFTER the date of entering the country (your passport MUST be valid through at least March 6, 2018 or you must renew before travel). Please note that this rule is enforced by the European Union Government. Holders of American Passports are not required to obtain a tourist visa to visit France; please check with your own government regulations if you are coming from another country.

Our arrival airport is Tolouse (TLS) and our departure airport is Marseille (MRS). We will have a group transfer to Carcassonne at 10:30AM, so it is important you be there in the early morning. We can arrange an additional night for you, as well as a transfer from Paris if you choose, both billed separately. Please note that you are responsible for your flight management, seat assignments, check-in, transit (including hotels if applicable) and documentation for your flight. Transformational Tours & Retreats takes no responsibility even if we book your air travel.
Between North America and European destinations, each passenger is allowed one or two pieces of checked baggage, depending on the airline. Please check with your airline for specifics on the size and weight of your allowed baggage.

Transformational Tours & Retreats has made arrangements for the tour services described in your itinerary and final invoice. Hotels, airlines, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees or servants of, or joint venturers with Transformational Tours & Retreats. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by us or our booking agent, Decouvertes Travel, or by Gifted Travel Network, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and the laws of the countries is which the services are supplied. By agreeing to utilize the services of Transformational Tours & Retreats, the tour participant agrees that Transformational Tours & Retreats, Decouvertes Travel, Gifted Travel Network, The THEO Group, Inc, Marcus & Sheila Gillette and any of their affiliates, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of Transformational Tours & Retreats, Decouvertes Travel, Gifted Travel Network, The THEO Group, Inc, Marcus & Sheila Gillette and any of their affiliates, employees or agents, or shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident, or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from:
No person, other than a representative of Transformational Tours & Retreats or Decouvertes Travel, or The THEO Group, Inc, authorized by a document in writing, may vary, add or waive any term or condition in this agreement, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions. Written notice of any claim against Transformational Tours & Retreats or The THEO Group, Inc, must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the date that services were provided to a tour participant. Although every effort will be made to deliver the trip exactly as in the itinerary, all terms and conditions, including fares, schedules, locations and rates are subject to change without notice. Quality and class will remain the same. Every effort will be made to ensure the price stays the same, but should the Euro fluctuate significantly, it may become necessary to pass on that cost to you, the guest. If this happens, you will receive as much advance notice as possible.

If you do NOT want travel insurance, you will also need to sign a waiver indicating this. Please note: If you want “cancel for any reason” insurance, you MUST purchase it within 30 days of your initial deposit.
