This Transformational Tours & Retreats Booking Agreement is made on (date) between Transformational Tours & Retreats (“TT&R”) and First and Last Name ( Guest legal name as appears on passport) (“Guest or you”).

TRANSFORMATIONAL TOURS’ BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note: Each guest on this tour must SIGN this contract. Once signed, you will receive a copy of the contract by email.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES

ACCOMMODATIONS 14 days/13 nights are provided as listed below. Tour Cost is per person and includes accommodations at deluxe hotels based on double occupancy with two guests sharing a twin-bedded room or Queen room with private bath.

  • 01 night at Wyndham Costa del Sol Lima Airport or similar
  • 04 nights at Taypikala Deluxe Valle Sagrado Hotel or similar
  • 02 night at Taypikala Aguas Calientes or similar
  • 02 nights Taypikala Hotel Cusco or similar
  • 04 nights Taypikala Hotel Lago or similar

OTHER INCLUSIONS

  • Personal coaching session with Halle to set intentions prior to tour, and upon return an integration session
  • Shaman Jorge Luis Delgado, Peru expert, and author guiding the tour
  • Spiritual group ceremonies with our Shaman
  • All touring and transfers in private air-conditioned motor coach
  • Round trip train tickets (Inca Rail) to Machu Picchu
  • 2 Entry tickets to Machu Picchu, plus buses to and from the site
  • Entrance fees to all visits included in tour
  • 3 Domestic flights within Peru
  • Daily buffet breakfast
  • 7 Lunches
  • 3 Dinners (Welcome, Farewell & Aguas Calientes)
  • Daily water on the bus
  • All hotel taxes, service charges and government sales tax
  • Luggage handling at accommodations

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES

  • International air tickets
  • $31.00 UDS departure tax from Lima to the U.S. (if not already included in your airline ticket)
  • Drinks & meals not listed in this Booking Agreement
  • $250 Cash – Tips for guides, local shaman, bus drivers, porters, staff, etc.
  • Private healing sessions (optional)
  • Plant ceremonies (optional)
  • Spa treatments (optional)
  • Laundry, telephone calls, or other items of a personal nature
  • Travel Insurance

TOUR COST

  • $8997.00 per person covers the complete land package (including domestic flights) as indicated in the itinerary, based on double occupancy
  • Single Supplement: $1328.00

DEPOSITS

A $1000 non-refundable deposit is due upon sign-up and holds your space.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Either 3 Payments of $2,666.00 due not later than Aug 15, Oct 15, Dec 15, 2023, or automatic monthly credit card payments (depending on when you sign up, or pay in full.
  • Early Bird Bookers save $500 (Deposit received before June 1, 2023): 2 payments of $2,666.00 due no later than Aug 15, Oct 15, then on Dec 15 pay $2166,

HOW TO PAY

  • Credit Cards: You can choose to pay by credit card with no administrative fees. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
  • Payments may also be made with personal checks, cashier’s checks, wire transfers, or Zelle. If you are planning on using any of these methods, please call Holly Johansen, Client Coordinator at (888) 600-7541 to make arrangements.
Booking Agreements executed after Dec 1, 2023, if space is available, must be paid in full at time of booking, except for add-ons such as extra nights’ accommodations. Domestic flights may increase if you book after July 30, 2023. Departure taxes, security and fuel surcharges are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION:

DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION. (Exception: see Medical Release below.) Refunds due to cancellation:
  • Guests cancelling prior to Sept 1, 2023, receive a full refund of Tour Cost paid, less the initial $1000.00 deposit.
  • Guests cancelling prior to Nov 15, 2023, receive a 50% refund of Tour Cost paid, less the initial $1000.00 deposit.
  • Guests cancelling on or after Jan 1, 2024, no refund shall be issued.
TT&R strongly encourages Guest to purchase Trip Insurance. Please contact TT&R for assistance in this process. COVID or other issues outside of TT&R Control: If Tour postponement becomes necessary due to Pandemic travel restrictions or other reasons outside the control of TT&R, Guest shall receive a full credit for rescheduled tour date.

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY/ROOMMATES/SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS

Tour Cost is per person, based upon double occupancy. Guest is encouraged to sign-up with a roommate to meet this double occupancy requirement. Single rooms (based on availability) require an additional single room supplement of $1,328.00 per Guest. TT&R will provide roommates, upon request, and when possible. If double occupancy is not achieved by Feb 15, 2024, Guest may be required to pay the single supplement fee of $1,328.00.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

TT&R is happy to review your itinerary with you prior to purchase on a complimentary basis. Additionally, if requested TT&R will assist with international flight arrangements. TT&R can be reached via tourhelp.youcanbook.me or at (888) 600-7541. TT&R Booking Fee is $50.00 per person for a coach flight and $100.00 Booking Fee per person for either business or first-class flight. This Booking Fee is in addition to the ticket cost, is paid at time of ticket purchase, and is non-refundable. Guest is responsible for flight management, seat assignments, check-in, transit to departing airport, documentation, and potential COVID-19 test requirements. TT&R accepts no responsibility for international flights beyond booking your air travel.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

PASSPORT: Guest is required to have a passport valid for at least six months AFTER the date of March 14, 2024 entering Peru (your passport MUST be valid through at least Sept 14, 2024) or you must renew before Tour. NOTE: This rule is enforced by the Peruvian Government. VISA: No VISA is required for citizens with United States or Canadian passports to enter Peru.

BAGGAGE

Please check with your international airline for specifics on the size and weight of your allowed baggage. The in-country flights will limit your luggage to one piece (maximum of 50 pounds), and one carry-on that fits under the seat, (maximum 17 pounds).

TRAVEL INSURANCE

TT&R highly recommends travel insurance for the Tour and can provide access to a variety of travel insurance options. If Guest seeks assistance purchasing travel insurance, an appointment with advisor is available via website, toursandretreats.com, or by calling 888-600-7541. If Guest does NOT obtain travel insurance on their own or with TT&R, Guest must sign a waiver indicating this. Note: If Guest wants “cancel for any reason” travel insurance, Guest MUST purchase it within 15 days of TT&R receipt of Deposit. Guest understands that TT&R is not an insurer, does not provide travel insurance or provide any insurance coverage for Guest or Tour. TT&R may offer suggestions and or access to travel insurance, as a courtesy. TT&R is not endorsing any travel insurance policy or advising Guest on the veracity of the travel insurance purchased, and TT&R shall not be responsible for Guest’s choice of policy or coverage purchased and if purchased through TT&R. Guest shall not rely on any representations and/or opinions offered by TT&R. It is Guest’s responsibility to review and thoroughly understand the insurance coverage they purchase. Guest understands that medical expenses/and or cancellation relating to the Virus may not be covered, per the insurance policy, and that these changes may alter without notice and through no control of TT&R.

MEDICAL RELEASE

Guest agrees as follows:
  1. I acknowledge that the Tour will be taking place at high and varying altitudes. I understand that high altitudes can cause health issues such as fatigue, headaches, and dehydration.
  2. I understand that some of the sites of Peru do not provide easy accessibility
  3. I understand the Tour at times is physically demanding, will involve some walking and/or hiking at a high altitude, includes walking uphill, walking surfaces are uneven. I am capable of participating without physical distress.
  4. TT&R has advised me that I can opt-out of a Tour activity or walking or hiking on any given day, and that some activities can be modified to accommodate me. I acknowledge any modification or non-participation will change the original planned experience and I agree I will not receive a refund or rescheduling of such activity.
  5. I have been advised it is my responsibility and decision to seek the advice of my physician regarding my intention to participate in this Tour, and, per the Tour Booking Agreement, that I will hold TT&R and The THEO Group Inc., harmless in case of any unexpected medical issues.
  6. I understand that in the event of illness or injury, all reasonable efforts will be made to assist to me, and that it may not be possible for our Tour to stop, or for a Tour representative to leave the Tour to accompany me.
Guests are encouraged to seek medical advice. If upon medical evaluation and recommendation, Guest is medically advised to not participate in the Tour, and if Guest can provide documentation of such, Guest may seek a full refund of fees paid, including their deposit. The documentation must be received 30 days after initial sign-up to be eligible for any refund. After November 15, no refunds.

MEDICAL CARE

Guest acknowledges some locations, destinations or regions of Tour may be remote or have nonexistent or inadequate medical care available. Traveler attests they have either travel/medical insurance or adequate financial resources for any medical care required and/or relating to Virus if required on Tour.

CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC

Guest is aware of the national and global Coronavirus (“Virus”) pandemic outbreak (“Virus” definition shall include epidemiological changes in Virus which may morph or change Virus to include a different virus name identifier). Furthermore, Guest acknowledges that the Virus spread, and treatment is rapidly changing and that governmental and territorial responses, domestically and internationally, vary and are subject to change without notice, including immigration restrictions which may be instituted before or during Tour that may impede Guest’s ability to enter or exit Tour destination(s) as planned. Guest understands that it is their responsibility to check the latest domestic and international travel information, warnings restrictions, and rules regarding this Virus outbreak and understands the risks, and that guest is expected to follow CDC guidelines to protect fellow travelers.

INDEMNITY

Guest agrees to hold TT&R harmless for any financial loss, penalties or fees associated with, and not limited to: travel restrictions, entry denial or delays, illness, death, quarantine rules or directives, proof of recent Virus testing results, on-the-spot Virus testing, mandatory mask wearing, social distancing measures, event/itinerary cancellation or modification, interruption of services of suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, excursion and tour providers, and denial of insurance claim as it relates to Virus or any other claim under the policy. Guest further agrees not to institute a credit card dispute or “chargeback” against TT&R for any penalties or fees.

RESPONSIBILITY

TT&R has planned the Tour set forth in this Booking Agreement. Hotels, airlines, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees, or servants of, or joint venturers with TT&R. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by us or our booking agent, Kontiki Tours, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and the laws of the countries is which the services are supplied. By agreeing to utilize the services of TT&R, the Guest agrees that TT&R, Kontiki Tours, shall not be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of TT&R, Kontiki Tours, and Gifted Travel Network, or shall not be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident, or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from: (a) the act or omission on the part of any person including but not limited to TT&R, Halle Eavelyn, Sandy Babin, or Kontiki Tours, or (b) acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, or any cause beyond TT&R or Kontiki Tours’ direct control. No person, other than a representative of TT&R or Kontiki Tours, unless authorized in writing, may vary, add, or waive any term or condition in this Booking Agreement.

LICENSE

Transformational Tours Retreats, 3751 SW 146 Ave., Miramar, FL 33027 (888) 600-7541 is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. ST44129, and is a dba of Halle Eavelyn Enterprises, LLC.

NOTICE

Written notice of any claim against TT&R must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the conclusion of the Tour. TT&R address: 3751 SW 146 Ave., Miramar, FL 33027. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and Guest shall submit to the courts Miami-Dade County, Florida for the purpose of any suit, action or proceeding. Although every effort will be made to deliver the Tour exactly as listed in the Booking Agreement, all terms, and conditions, including fares, schedules, locations, hotels, cruises, and rates are subject to change without notice. Every effort will be made to ensure the price stays the same, but should international currency fluctuate significantly, it may become necessary to pass on that cost to you, the guest. If this happens, you will receive as much advance notice as possible.

CONTRACT ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By signing this Booking Agreement, Guest agrees they have read, understood, and accept to abide by all the Terms and Conditions outlined above. I acknowledge being fully informed about the details of this Tour and of the cancellation policy.
