This Transformational Tours & Retreats Booking Agreement is made on Select Date between Transformational Tours & Retreats (“TT&R”) and First and Last Name (Guest legal name as appears on passport) (“Guest” or “You”).
TRANSFORMATIONAL TOURS’ BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note: Each guest on this tour needs to SIGN this contract. Once signed, you will receive a copy of the contract by email.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES
ACCOMMODATIONS:- 9 nights’ room accommodations are provided at the hotels indicated on this itinerary. Accommodations are per person, based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room or king room with private bath.
TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
We can help you book your flights - just give us a call at our toll-free number (888) 600-7541. Or make your own arrangements - it’s up to you! Please note that this is a courtesy only and you are responsible for your flight management, seat assignments, check-in, transit (including hotels if applicable) and documentation for your flight. Transformational Tours & Retreats (hereinafter also know as “TT&R”) takes no responsibility beyond booking your air travel.
A $2395 non-refundable deposit is due upon sign-up and holds your space.
If you sign up after Jan 31, 2024, your payment amounts and number of payments will change based on the date of sign-up.
HOW TO PAY
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Payments may also be made with personal checks, cashier’s checks, wire transfers, or Zelle. If you are planning on using any of these methods, please call Transformational Tours & Retreats (888) 600-7541 or reply to your Welcome Letter email to make arrangements.
DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION, EXCEPT AS NOTED. GUESTS CANCELING PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 07, 2024 RECEIVE A FULL REFUND LESS THE INITIAL $2395 DEPOSIT; PRIOR TO MAY 07, 2024 RECEIVE A 50% REFUND OF ALL MONIES ABOVE THE INITIAL DEPOSIT, ON OR AFTER JULY 07, 2024, NO REFUND – WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO BUY TRIP INSURANCE IN CASE OF CANCELLATION and are happy to assist with this process.
Single rooms are available upon payment of a single room supplement of $3,138.43 per person. Transformational Tours & Retreats will provide roommates wherever possible, upon request. If no roommate is available when tour closes, guest will be required to pay a single supplement, so guests are strongly encouraged to sign up with their own roommates.
All travelers need a passport valid for at least six months AFTER the date of entering the country (your passport MUST be valid through at least March 27, 2025 or you must renew before travel). Please note that this rule is enforced by the United Kingdom Government. Holders of American, Australian, Canadian or Mexican Passports do not require visas.
Between North America and European destinations, each passenger is allowed two pieces of checked baggage and one carry-on as well as a small personal item. Please check with your airline for specifics on the size and weight of your allowed baggage.
Guest acknowledges in the case of an Epidemic or Pandemic, which Guest agrees is a widespread occurrence of an infectious disease (collectively “Pandemic”), that governmental and territorial responses, domestically and internationally, vary and are subject to change without notice, including immigration restrictions which may be instituted before or during Tour that may impede Guest’s ability to enter or exit Tour destination(s) as planned. Guest understands that it is their responsibility to check the latest domestic and international travel information, warnings restrictions, and rules regarding any Pandemic and understands the risks, and that guest is expected to follow CDC guidelines to protect fellow travelers.
Transformational Tours & Retreats offers travel insurance which gives you access to Allianz’ travel insurance options. If you need help purchasing insurance, please call us at (888) 600-7541. If you do NOT want travel insurance, you will also need to sign a waiver indicating this. Please note: If you want “cancel for any reason” insurance, you MUST purchase it within 30 days of your initial deposit.
INDEMNIFICATION & RESPONSIBILITY
Guest agrees to hold TT&R harmless for any financial loss, penalties or fees associated with, and not limited to: travel restrictions, entry denial or delays, illness, death, quarantine rules or directives, proof of recent testing results or on-the-spot testing related to a Pandemic, mandatory mask wearing, social distancing measures, event/itinerary cancellation or modification, interruption of services of suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, excursion and tour providers, and denial of insurance claim as it relates to Pandemic or any other claim under the policy. Guest further agrees not to institute a credit card dispute or “chargeback” against TT&R for any penalties or fees.
TT&R has planned the Tour set forth in this Booking Agreement. Hotels, airlines, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees, or servants of, or joint venturers with TT&R. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by us or our ground operator, Divine Light Tours, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and the laws of the countries is which the services are supplied. By utilizing the services of TT&R, the Guest agrees that Transformational Tours & Retreats, The THEO Group Inc, and/or Divine Light Tours, shall not be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of TT&R, The THEO Group Inc, and Divine Light Tours, and shall not be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident, or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from: (a) the act or omission on the part of company or any person including but not limited to TT&R, Halle Eavelyn, Sandy Babin, The THEO Group Inc, Marcus or Sheila Gillette, or Divine Light Tours, or (b) acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, or any cause beyond TT&R or Divine Light Tours’ direct control.
No person, other than a representative of Transformational Tours & Retreats or Divine Light Tours, authorized by a document in writing, may vary, add or waive any term or condition in this Booking Agreement, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.
Written notice of any claim against Transformational Tours & Retreats, The THEO Group Inc, and/or Divine Light Tours, must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the date that services were provided to a trip participant.
Although every effort will be made to deliver the trip exactly as in the itinerary, all terms and conditions, including fares, schedules, locations and rates are subject to change without notice. Quality and class will remain the same.
Transformational Tours & Retreats is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. TI64162, IATA No. 10-5-8827-0, and is a dba of Halle Eavelyn Enterprises, LLC. It is also licensed and bonded in California, Hawaii, and Washington, the only other states that require Seller of Travel licenses.
CONTRACT ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
By signing this Agreement, I agree to accept and abide by all the terms and conditions outlined above. I acknowledge being fully informed about the details of this trip and of the cancellation policy.
