𓆸 Thursday September 29 (Day 01): Arrival in Cairo / Welcome Dinner
Welcome to Cairo airport, where you will be met by our Tour Manager, who will assist you through customs and immigration before transferring you to our luxury accommodations at the spectacular Mena House Hotel. Built as a royal hunting lodge in the mid-19th century, this historic hotel’s past guest list includes everyone from Winston Churchill to Empress Eugenie, from Frank Sinatra to Princess Diana.
This evening we will gather with Sheila and Marcus for a special Welcome Dinner as we get acquainted with our fellow travelers, indulge in local cuisine, and prepare ourselves for a life-changing journey through Egypt.
Should your flight arrive after 4PM on this day, you might want to depart a day earlier (September 27) so you can be there to enjoy this Welcome Dinner. Transformational Tours will assist you with that option.

We recommend you listen closely this evening as you hear the incredible sounds of Cairo being called to prayer. Feel the energy of the spirits throughout your pilgrimage, remain flexible and open hearted, as we are off to discover some of the most awesome Wonders of the World. Throughout our stay in Egypt, we will also be sharing various controversial theories surrounding some of the amazing structures. Prepare for a great spiritual adventure.
𓆸 Friday September 30 (Day 02): (Cairo) Private Visit to Sphinx / THEO Session 1/Perfume Palace
We begin our day with an inspirational private and exclusive sunrise visit to the Giza Plateau. You will begin to feel the energy when you hear the soul-stirring voices of the city being called to prayer. Witness the sun rising directly between the magnificent paws of the Sphinx, who sees all our incarnations on this planet and who keeps safe the Hall of Records where our stories are kept. The Sphinx sits in part of the necropolis of ancient Memphis, the seat of Power for the Pharaohs, a short distance from the Pyramids. Sheila will channel THEO in a powerful sunrise meditation, and to help increase your intuition, perception and consciousness, Marcus and Sheila will anoint you in a Third Eye Chakra initiation. You will remember this morning for many years to come.
We will return to the hotel for a sumptuous breakfast, then gather for a brief Orientation, followed by our first THEO Session.
Later this afternoon we will visit a famous perfumery where we will relax, sip Egyptian mint tea, and learn about many exotic Egyptian oils from an Aromatherapy Master in a beautiful setting. You will discover “The Seven Sacred Chakra Oils of the Pharaohs” and may wish to acquire a set of these, or perhaps select a single special oil and a beautiful bottle to take home. These are the highest quality oils you will find throughout our time in Egypt.
Then back to the hotel to enjoy an evening off, relaxing at the beautiful pool or taking in dinner at one of several excellent on-site restaurants.

𓆸 Saturday October 1 (Day 03): Cairo/ Luxor (Luxor Temple)
After a full breakfast, we will transfer to Cairo airport and take a short flight to Luxor, then check in on the elegant and sophisticated luxury cruise ship,. This will be your home base for the next 7 nights. All rooms have a French Balcony and a sitting area, a full bathtub, Wi-Fi connection (additional charge), and a coffee/tea tray that is refilled daily by the excellent staff. Breakfast, buffet lunches, and buffet and ala carte dinners are served in the Main Dining Room. In-room dining is also available. In your down time, you can enjoy the spa, jacuzzi, beauty salon and swimming pool.
In the evening under the stars, we will visit the amazing Temple of Luxor. The large Ancient Egyptian Temple complex located in the East Bank of the Nile River. Here, we can see that this temple is built like a human body – the outer layers represent the feet and as we move deeper into the temple, we make our way towards the head, where the Holy of Holies, the inner sanctuary, is located. This is a wonderful place to focus on physical healing. As you walk through the body of this temple, notice how your body feels and remember radiant health. Awaken the parts of you that are sleeping, activate divinity codes and turn on your inner light.
Luxor is the heart of Egypt. Here we will open our Heart Chakra in a special initiation that will fill you with compassion, forgiveness, and love.

𓆸 Sunday October 2 (Day 04): Karnak Temple / Sail to Esna/THEO Session 2
After breakfast we will enjoy an early visit to the magnificent Karnak Temple. Karnak is the biggest temple complex in Egypt – and an incredibly special place. It is dedicated to the Gods Amun and Mut. As you enter, you walk between a row of ram-headed sphinxes, which originally connected Karnak with Luxor Temple two miles away. Take some time to visit the sacred Lake of Karnak, ask for purification and place your intention in your mind’s eye into the Lake. Outside the main halls is a small chapel dedicated to Sekhmet, her consort Ptah, and their son Nefertum. Sekhmet is the lioness Goddess of compassion and courage. She is associated with feminine fire and healing through destruction. She is a renowned healer and known for magic and ability to hunt down an imbalance at its origin. In a potent private initiation, we will honor the Goddess and receive the gift of courage to be our authentic selves. We will have a meditation with Sekhmet and enjoy the shade under Hathor’s sycamore tree, noted to be over 2000 years old. We will then return to our ship and sail to Esna.
Late this afternoon, we will have our 2nd THEO session and gain wisdom from the energies that are coalescing.

𓆸 Monday October 3 (Day 05): Sail to Kom Ombo Temple
This morning we will continue sailing to Kom Ombo.
Start the morning with a leisurely breakfast and enjoy your free time relaxing on the sun deck, taking in the beauty of the Nile, watching the farmers and the countryside of Egypt. You might choose to journal, visit the spa, get a massage, bond with new friends, or take private time to recapitulate your inner journey thus far.
This afternoon, we will visit Kom Ombo temple, the only dual temple in Egypt. The Healing Temple of Kom Ombo is a glorious, picturesque ruin along the Banks of the Nile. This dramatic temple, poised between the edge of the river and the encroaching desert sand, was dedicated to two gods – Sobek the crocodile god of strength, fortitude, fertility and rebirth, and Horus the Hawk-headed son of Isis and Osiris. The duality of the light/dark, conscious/ unconscious, yin/yang is apparent in this ancient site. One of the most powerful places in Kom Ombo is the Seat of Neutrality, which is placed on the exact centerline between the parts of the temple that are dedicated to Horus / Sobek and light /dark.
We will have an initiation to open our Sacral Chakra, relating to creative inspiration, sexuality, self-confidence, and enjoying life.
Later we sail on to Aswan.

𓆸 Tuesday October 4 (Day 06): (Aswan) Private Visit to Philae temple/Felucca Sail
This morning we will take a short coach ride to the lakeshore and transfer to a motorboat and head for the island of Philae, where the temple is consecrated to Isis, Egypt’s Divine Mother. Privately and exclusively, we will enjoy a THEO meditation with Sheila and take ample time here to experience the healing energy of Isis at her lovely island complex. This isle represents a fusion of three great civilizations: Egyptian, Greek, and Roman. At Philae, you may feel a connection to the Great Cosmic Mother, to the power of creation, and to Egyptian magic. In this beautiful energy, we will open our Root Chakra, which manages our physical energies—providing a sense of safety with other people, security, and generally trusting in life. Get your creative juices flowing, dream big, and freefall into trust.
The most authentic and intimate way to cruise the Nile is aboard a felucca, a traditional sailboat used in Egypt since ancient times. Later we will enjoy a relaxing Felucca sail to Elephantine Island and walk around through the layers of time that archaeological explorations have unveiled.

This morning after breakfast we will have our 3rd Interactive THEO session.
In the afternoon, we can take a walk to the colorful Aswan Spice Market. There is far more to look at than spices at this bustling market. It’s vivid, aromatic and can be a lot of fun, especially if you like haggling, and enjoy charming interaction with the locals!

𓆸 Thursday October 6 (Day 08): Full day Sailing to Edfu Temple
Enjoy your morning doing anything you wish. This is wonderful, personal time to relax and sail, imagining the Nile cruises of days past, when Cleopatra made the same journey. Drink in the energy, meditate, and cap it off with a nice spa treatment.
In the afternoon we will visit Edfu Temple, dedicated to Horus, the Falcon God, the best-preserved temple of the Ancient World, and one of the most beautifully preserved in Egypt. When you approach the temple complex, you become aware of its enormous dimensions, with a vast courtyard, a forest of towering columns and high ceilings. The side chambers of the temple of Horus show the complexity of ancient rites; they include a healing chamber, a perfumery, and singers’ rooms. One chamber, called the House of Life, stored all the sacred texts used in seasonal and daily rituals. Horus is associated with higher vision and clarity. This temple offers a deeper exploration of the Divine Masculine and Feminine qualities as they relate to the story of the Eye of Horus. The eye of Horus greatly relates to his myth and power. The left eye represents the lunar, the moon, the intuitive, and the feminine energy. The right eye is connected to the solar, the masculine, the action, and the yang energy. Both are necessary for true power to exist. Here we will open our Solar Plexus Chakra, which governs your personal power and relates to your ability to manifest your ideas and plans into reality.
This evening we sail to Luxor.

𓆸 Friday October 7 (Day 09): West Bank (Valley of Kings / Hatshepsut Temple / Memnon statue)
This morning, after breakfast, we will embark upon our luxury coach to explore the West Bank of ancient Thebes. We will visit the Valley of the Kings, with its Royal Tombs, including Tutmoses III, and see the magnificent color on the beautifully restored walls. We will also visit the mortuary Hatshepsut Temple and see the small house that belonged to Howard Carter when he excavated the tomb of Tut Ankh Amun.
Then enjoy a visit to a local alabaster factory, where you can see the carvings made from the stone excavated from the nearby hills, and see exquisite statues made from Aswan granite.
On our way back, we will stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, where they are now uncovering the Temple of Mut, which will be larger than Karnak Temple once it is excavated.

𓆸 Saturday October 8 (Day 10): Luxor – Cairo/ Al Rafi’I Mosque / Khan El Khalili Bazaar
This morning, we will enjoy our last breakfast on the Cruise then check out, transfer to Luxor Airport, and take a short flight back to Cairo.
When we land, we will visit Al Rafi’I Mosque in Old Cairo. We will experience a little of the history and power of Islam, and you will be moved by its beauty and its joy. We will also see the magnificent tombs of the Shah of Iran and several kings who are buried in state here.
Then we will have the opportunity to go shopping at the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Since the 14th Century, merchants have been trading on this site. The energy of this traditional market, together with the labyrinth layout of the streets, gives you a glimpse into what medieval markets were like back in the days of Ali Baba and Aladdin. This would be a great opportunity to purchase any final Egyptian treasures that you wish to bring back.
After we check in to the gorgeous Four Seasons Giza Hotel, you have the rest of the day to yourself to relax and enjoy this magnificent hotel, as you recapitulate your amazing journey so far.
Dinner will be on your own tonight with many nearby, wonderful culinary options. Excellent restaurants are also right inside the Four Seasons.
You will want to be rested and ready for tomorrow, our final initiation.

𓆸 Sunday October 9 (Day 11): Giza Pyramids / Farewell Dinner
Early this morning we will have a special, private visit inside the Great Pyramid with a culminating initiation in the King’s Chamber to awaken our Crown Chakra. Here we unite our personal life stories with the story of those who have come before us and those who will come after, as we embrace the transformation that we have felt on this journey. Sheila will be channeling THEO for a deep meditation in this chamber, allowing even greater wisdom to enter our awareness.
We will go back to the Four Season for a delicious breakfast and have a personal day to integrate our energies, rest, journal, or even explore the area. If you just can’t get enough of Egypt and wish to visit the New National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, you can also choose to take this optional tour. It is a large museum in the ancient city of Fu Stat, now part of Cairo. The museum partially opened in February 2017 and will display a collection of 50,000 artifacts, presenting Egyptian civilization from prehistoric times to the present day. You will also have an opportunity to visit the Restoration Laboratory for the Royal Mummies which opened in April 2021 inside this museum.
Tonight, our delicious farewell dinner will be a final celebration of this once-in-a-lifetime journey together. We will have an opportunity to give thanks, share our best Egyptian memories, and enjoy a meaningful connection one more time at a special restaurant in Cairo.
