In the dark, you will walk to the majestic paws of the Sphinx, the timeless guardian of secrets and stories. The Magnificent Karnak Temple and the Goddess Sekhmet
This morning, after an early breakfast, we will fly from Cairo to Luxor. After a short coach ride, we will visit the magnificent Karnak Temple. Karnak is the biggest temple complex in Egypt – and an incredibly special place. It is dedicated to the Gods Amun and Mut. As you enter, you walk between a row of ram headed sphinxes, which originally connected Karnak with Luxor Temple two miles away. Take the time to visit the sacred Lake of Karnak, to ask for purification and place your intention into the Lake. Outside the main halls is a small chapel dedicated to Sekhmet, her consort Ptah and their son Nefertum. Sekhmet is the lioness Goddess of compassion and courage. She is associated with feminine fire and healing through destruction, a renowned healer and known for magic and ability to hunt down an imbalance at its origin. In a potent private initiation, we will honor the Goddess and receive the gift of courage to be our authentic selves. For many guests, this is one of the most powerful and healing moments of the whole tour.
Check In For Our Deluxe Private Nile Cruise
This afternoon, we board our exquisite dahabeya, an Egyptian private yacht. Caesar and Cleopatra honeymooned on a dahabeya, and legendary archaeologist Howard Carter, fundraising for his Valley of the Kings digs, would go from boat to boat of the wealthy English families wintering on the Nile in this same style of ship.
Settle into the comfort of your luxurious accommodations and savor a gourmet lunch prepared by our private chef. Relax and let the serene ambiance of the Nile embrace you.
Embody the Temple of Man as you awaken your own body
In the evening as the sun dips behind the Nile, we will visit the Temple of Luxor. The large Ancient Egyptian Temple complex located in the East Bank of the Nile River. Here we are able to see that this temple is built like a human body – the outer layer representing the feet, the Hall of Columns the ribs, and as we move deeper into the temple, we make our way towards the head, where the Holy of Holies – the inner sanctuary – is located. This is a wonderful place to focus on physical healing. As you walk through the body of this temple, notice how your body feels and remember radiant health. Awaken the parts of you that are sleeping, activate divinity codes and turn on your inner light.
Late this evening, you can hang with the locals as we visit the Luxor Night Market, a unique experience that is lively, fun, and one of the most authentic experiences you can have in Egypt. It’s yet another opportunity to see this country through new eyes.

Say Farewell to the Old You in the Tombs of the Valley of the Kings
This morning we will make a sunrise pilgrimage across to the Thebes side of the Nile from Luxor, to Deir el Bahari, the funerary temple of the only female pharaoh, Hatshepsut. Then it’s on to the Necropolis of Thebes on the West Bank of the Nile. The Valley of Kings holds the tombs of the pharaohs inscribed with sacred transformative texts, including the books of knowing light and dark, the book of what is in the underworld, the book of caverns, and the book of the naming and taming the hours of the night. Here are the tombs of Tutankhamun, Ramses III and VII, Seti I, Thutmosis III, and many others. Special surprises are in store in the Valley, where we know how to maneuver to have private experiences even in the midst of a site that sees nearly 10,000 visitors a day.
Translucent Alabaster and the Ancient Ways of Carving
Then it’s on to a wonderful Alabaster Factory, where we will see how the rock is hewn from the hills and turned into delightful, delicate artifacts. A special room is dedicated to museum-quality pieces, and we will help you negotiate the best prices, as we do at each craft studio we visit.
The Colossi and a Very Special Private Home
We will also visit the enormous Colossi of Memnon. Long thought to be two isolated statues, we now know they stand guard at the front of the Temple of Mun, larger than any yet discovered. Take a glimpse into the temple dig, run by three international Universities simultaneously.
Our next stop is the home of Howard Carter, the most famous archaeologist of all, who unearthed the splendors of Tut Ankh Amun’s tomb. This is a delightful and inspirational stop – you feel truly as if you have stepped back in time, as if Carter himself will walk through the door at any moment.
Unrivaled Gold, Silver, and Jeweled Handicraft
After lunch at a local restaurant, we will stop at an amazing jewelry store. This shop and studio is something of a museum as well, with gold and silver pieces created by three generations of a single jewelry-making family, each piece more magnificent than the next. It is here we will get the heirloom cartouches for your most important gifts, and of course you will want one for your very own.

𓆸 Monday, November 17th (Day 05)
A Visit to the Goddess Hathor’s House
This morning, after a lovely breakfast, we will enjoy the exquisite Temple of Dendara, dedicated to Hathor, the goddess of abundance, love fertility, childbirth, joy, music, dance, drunkenness and escorting souls through the afterlife.
The temple is built with a zodiac ceiling that recalls the origin of Egypt. In the temple’s crypt, interesting hieroglyphics look nearly alien in nature. The mysterious “Light bulb” carvings raise theories about ancient energy sources. On the rooftop where Hathor priests and priestesses gathered for their celebrations thousands of years ago, we will reconnect to our heart centers in a heart opening chakra ceremony. We will also connect with Earth and Cosmic energies, using Love to amplify both and return them in gratitude.
Our ceremony in the birthing room at this special temple will be such a heart opening experience for you.
In the afternoon, experience the most authentic and intimate way to cruise the Nile… aboard a felucca, a traditional sailboat that has traveled these waters since ancient times. Glide along the river, then complete your journey with a camel ride along the Nile—a once-in-a-lifetime experience to cherish, ending in an authentic Nubian Village, where you’ll witness the vibrant culture and traditions of the local people.
Delicious Evening Dining
As the day winds down, indulge in one of the many special meals crafted by our chef to cater to your dietary preferences, whether vegetarian, vegan, or any other needs. Enjoy the fresh salads, vegetables, and Egyptian specialties.
This is a day of unparalleled luxury and historical enchantment, and authentic cultural immersion, designed to create unforgettable memories.

Sailing the Timeless Nile
Today we fully enjoy sailing the Nile, a laid-back day where we watch the farmers and countryside of Egypt, as we cross Esna Lock. This is one of the favorite days of most of our guests, as it is a day of idyllic sailing from a time gone by.
This afternoon, we sail along the Nile as we go back in time to the ancient way of life along these quiet, farmland banks.
Heart-opening Sacred Ceremony and Spiritual Session
Late this afternoon, in our private salon over tea and cakes (gluten-free for those who wish it) , Halle will lead the group in a special session designed to open your heart further and deepen the intentions you claimed for yourself at the Sphinx.
Dinner onboard as we sail is a singular experience that you will delight in each evening.

In the House of Horus, Awaken the Falcon Within
In the morning we will visit Edfu Temple, dedicated to Horus, the Falcon God, the best preserved temple of the Ancient World, and one of the most beautifully preserved in Egypt. When you approach the well–preserved temple complex, you become aware of its enormous dimensions, with a vast courtyard, a forest of towering columns and high ceilings. The side chambers of the temple of Horus show the complexity of ancient rites; they include a healing chamber, a perfumery, and singers’ rooms. One chamber, called the House of Life, stored all the sacred texts used in seasonal and daily rituals. Horus is associated with higher vision and clarity. This temple offers a deeper exploration of the Divine Masculine and Feminine qualities as they relate to the story of the Eye of Horus.
The eye of Horus greatly relates to his myth and power. The left eye represents the lunar, the moon, the intuitive, and the feminine energy. The right eye is connected to the solar, the masculine, the action, and the yang energy. Both are necessary for true power to exist.

𓆸 Thursday, November 20th (Day 08):
Align the Sacral Chakra and Claim Your Power
This morning, we sail to Kom Ombo, where we visit the only dual temple in Egypt. This dramatic temple, poised between the edge of the river and the encroaching desert sand, was dedicated to two gods – Sobek the crocodile god of strength, fortitude, fertility and rebirth; and Horus the hawk-headed son of Isis and Osiris. The duality of conscious and unconscious is palpable at this ancient site, as the Egyptians knew that without the dark, you cannot have light. One of the most powerful places in Kom Ombo is the Seat of Neutrality, which is placed on the exact centerline between the parts of the temple that are dedicated to Horus and Sobek.
We dock near Kom Ombo for the night. This evening, a special surprise awaits.

𓆸 Friday, November 21st (Day 09):
The Root Chakra and the Mother Goddess Isis
This morning, long before dawn, we will take a short coach ride to the lakeshore, board a small private boat and head for the island of Philae, where the temple is consecrated to Isis, Egypt’s Divine Mother. We will enjoy a sunrise meditation over the water and take ample time here to experience the healing energy of Isis at her lovely island complex. This isle represents a fusion of three great civilizations: Egyptian, Greek, and Roman. At Philae, you may feel a connection to the Great Cosmic Mother, to the center of creation, and to Egyptian magic. In a powerful ceremony in the Holy of Holies, you will open your root chakra and take in the energy of the Goddess to support and sustain you for the rest of your life. This is another favorite spot of our guests, and many important healings have taken place in this sacred space.
Colorful Aswan, the Pearl of Egypt
Aswan is a wonderful Egyptian city. Beautiful and peaceful, it is called the “Pearl of Egypt” and you will delight in its soft energy. After a delicious lunch on board our private boat, we will visit the colorful and bustling Nubian Market. This is a great place to indulge in marvelous local handicrafts, or just watch the locals selling enormous heads of cabbage, crafts and clothing, and the spices that Aswan is known for.
Late this afternoon, we will enjoy a ride around the temple ruins of Elephantine Island, as we relax aboard a felucca, a typical Egyptian sailboat. We will also sail past the magnificent Old Cataract Hotel, where Agatha Christie stayed while she was writing Death on the Nile. Enjoy this glimpse into Colonial Egypt.

After an early breakfast, we will say farewell to our dahabeya and board our short flight to Cairo.
Modern Muslim Cairo Will Surprise and Delight You
On arrival, we will visit the Al Rifa’i Mosque and Sultan Hassan Mosque, both stunning examples of Islamic architecture. The importance of Al-Rifa’i Mosque came from the burials of the members of the Mohamed Ali family within the Mosque. Marvel at the story of the woman who commanded Ar Rifa’i be built when her son was miraculously healed from a snake bite, and visit the burial place of the last Shah of Iran. Unlike many tourist stops, Ar Rifa’i is a working mosque, and the sacred call to prayer takes on special meaning here.
In An Ancient Market, Tread In Thousand Year-Old Footsteps
After lunch, we will have the opportunity to go shopping at the Khan Khalili Bazaar. One of the two oldest and most well-known open air markets in the Middle East, there is truly nothing like the sprawling and cacophonic Khan. . The energy of this traditional market, together with the labyrinthian layout of the streets, gives you a glimpse into what medieval markets were like.
Time permitting, we may also visit Al Muizz street, a unique walk through the walled city of historic Cairo. One of Cairo’s oldest streets, it dates back to the Foundation of the City by the Fatimid dynasty in the 10th century.
Then we will check in once again to the glorious Four Seasons Giza Hotel. Relax this evening and enjoy room service or one of the on-site restaurants. Get to bed early because we have the most important visit of our whole tour tomorrow!
