February 7, Day 1

Arrive in Cairo / Welcome Dinner
Arrive at Cairo airport, where you will be met by our Tour Manager, who will assist you through customs and immigration before transferring you to our luxury accommodations at the spectacular Mena House Hotel. Your room features a stunning view of the Pyramids, and the hotel boasts a heated swimming pool, a full gym, and an excellent spa. (Please note that all hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy. Single supplements are available).
Welcome dinner at the Mena House.

February 8, Day 2

Opening meditation / Orientation / Egyptian Museum:
We begin our day with an inspirational private and exclusive sunrise visit to the Giza Plateau. Here we will witness the sun rising directly between the magnificent paws of the Sphinx, who sees all of our incarnations on this planet and who keeps safe the Hall of Records where our stories are kept. Here we will open the chakra of our third eye, or second sight, in a special ceremony that prepares the way for our pilgrimage. This is where your journey truly begins…
Return to our hotel for a relaxing breakfast, then we will have our first gathering to be introduced to Egypt. Orientation will be followed by a talk by Roger and Howard as we set our intentions for this pilgrimage.
Your afternoon is free to relax at the pool or get a massage, or just bask the view of the Pyramids from our hotel.
In the evening, we visit the Egyptian Museum to see it as few ever have, privately and exclusively for our group. After a guided tour, learning about some of the most ancient Egyptian antiquities, and of course seeing the magnificent artifacts of that most famous of Kings, Tut-ankh-Amon, you will have time to wander the museum in quiet solitude to ponder the legacy left to us by the pharaohs, and to contemplate the mysteries surrounding the great dynasties.
On the way to and from the Egyptian Museum you will have your first opportunity to view the modern city of Cairo. Dinner on your own.

February 9, Day 3

Cairo City
Breakfast at your leisure and then enjoy a morning to yourself - perhaps enjoy the spa or swim in the Mena House pool, or just sleep in.
In the afternoon, we will visit a local historic mosque, the Ar Rafai. Here we will experience a little of the history and power of Islam, and you will be moved by its beauty and its joy. We will also see the tombs of the Shah of Iran and several kings who are buried in state here.
Then we visit the Khan El Khalili Bazaar. One of the oldest shopping districts in the world, the Khan El Khalili is like going back to the time of Ali Baba and Aladdin. Merchants have been trading on this site since at least the 14th century. In 1384, an emir named Al Khalili built a great Khan, a three-story hostelry intended to accommodate traveling merchants and their wares. Buyers visited the Khan for the goods brought in on the merchant caravans, and the selling and bartering spread to the neighboring streets. The earliest surviving parts of the bazaar today are several great stone gateways that date back to the 1500’s. We will also have lunch at a local restaurant.
Return to the Mena House for our final night. Dinner is on your own.

February 10, Day 4

Sakkara / Aswan / Old Cataract:
This morning, we’ll drive to Sakkara to view many of the Old Kingdom pyramids, which rise on the west bank near ancient Memphis.  About 2630 B.C.  Imhotep, architect to King Djoser (Dynasty III), masterminded the Step Pyramid at Sakkara.  Considered the world’s oldest freestanding stone structure (by traditional historians - otherwise, you’d consider the Great Pyramid far older!) this pyramid consists of six tiers atop a mastaba, or low, oblong tomb. Here if you whisper across the sands and it will be heard 40 feet away — and we will open our throat chakras in a powerful initiation.
We will check out of the hotel in the early afternoon to fly to Aswan, the mythical origin of the Nile River and the home of Nubian kings and queens during the later dynasties of Egypt. Aswan feels completely different from Cairo, with a slow-moving energy that matches the lazy pace of the Nile.
Early this evening, you’ll relax completely as we check into the historic Old Cataract Hotel, formerly King Farouk’s Palace and home to Agatha Christie as she was writing her famous mystery, Death On the Nile.
This evening, enjoy a special dinner with Howard & Roger as we celebrate being in the heart of the Nile Delta and Ancient Egypt!

February 11, Day 5

Day 5 - Teaching Session/Aswan City/Felucca ride:
Breakfast and a relaxing morning before we have our second session with Roger & Howard at The Old Cataract, featuring Howard offering us a teaching about Oneness As a Way of Life.
Aswan is a wonderful Egyptian city. Beautiful and peaceful, it is called the “Pearl of Egypt.” Early this afternoon, we will visit the colorful and bustling Nubian Market. This is a great place to indulge in marvelous local handicrafts, or just watch the locals who shop or smoke shisha. You’ll be able to pick up lunch for yourself at the hotel or in the market.
Afterwards, we will enjoy a sunset ride around Elephantine Island as we relax aboard a felucca, a typical Egyptian sailboat. Dinner on your own at the hotel or in Aswan.

February 12, Day 6

Day 6 - Philae Temple of Isis / Kom Ombo temple:
Before dawn, we will take a water journey to the beautiful island temple at Philae. Welcome sunrise on our private visit as we return to the source of all, the Great Mother, to receive the blessings of Isis. This isle represents a fusion of three great civilizations – Egyptian, Greek and Roman. The presence of Isis is palpable in the inner sanctum, the Holy of Holies, where we will have a special ceremony to open our root chakras and begin our journey of rebirth inside the Unity of the Mother Goddess Isis.
Back to breakfast at our historic hotel. Then we check into our beautiful Nile cruise!
Sail to Kom Ombo. At sunset we visit the only dual temple in Egypt, and our ceremony here opens the sacral chakra, moving us from unity into duality. This dramatic temple poised between the edge of the river and the encroaching desert sand was dedicated to two gods - Sobek, the crocodile god of strength, fortitude, fertility and rebirth, and Horus, the hawk-headed son of Isis and Osiris. The duality of light/ dark, yin/yang, conscious/ unconscious is apparent in this ancient site.

February 13, Day 7

Day 7 - Edfu temple / Sail to Luxor/Teaching Session
Breakfast aboard our cruise ship while we sail to Edfu through the tranquil countryside of Egypt, including crossing through the Esna lock.
This afternoon, join Roger in the lounge as he gives a talk on bringing more joy into your life.
In the evening, we visit the Temple of Horus. It is one of the most beautifully preserved in Egypt. Horus is associated with higher vision and clarity. The eye of Horus greatly relates to his myth and power. The left eye represents the lunar, the moon, the intuitive, the feminine energy. The right eye is connected to the solar, the masculine, the action, and the yang energy. Both are necessary for true power to exist. In a ceremony to open the solar plexus chakra, we will work with balancing the lunar and the solar energies inside of us and awaken our intuitive centers to be able to experience a higher perspective.

February 14, Day 8

Karnak / Luxor temples
This morning, we land in Luxor. Today we visit the magnificent Karnak Temple. Karnak is the biggest temple complex in Egypt - and a very special place. It is dedicated to the Gods Amun and Mut. As you enter, you walk between a row of ram-headed sphinxes that connect Karnak with Luxor Temple a mile away. Take some time to visit the sacred lake of Karnak, ask for purification and place your intention in your mind's eye into the lake.
Outside the main halls is a small chapel dedicated to Sekhmet, the lioness Goddess of compassion and courage. She is associated with feminine fire and healing through destruction. A renowned healer, she is known for her magic and ability to hunt down an imbalance at its origin. In a potent private initiation, we will honor the Goddess and receive the gift of courage to be our authentic selves. This is the heart chakra opening, and one of our most powerful ceremonies.
This evening we celebrate Valentine's Day with a magnificent dinner aboard our private cruise ship. Whether you are single or part of a couple, you will feel the Oneness and the Unity of the love of Egypt this special evening!

February 15, Day 09

Day 09 - Luxor / West Bank
Today we visit Deir el Bahari, the funerary temple of the only female pharaoh, Hatshepsut. We also visit the Necropolis of Thebes on the West Bank of the Nile, where the Valley of Kings holds the tombs of the pharaohs inscribed with sacred transformative texts, including the books of knowing light and dark, what is in the underworld, and the naming and taming the hours of the night. We will have an exclusive private visit to one of the most amazing tombs, seeing the precious gem colors that used to grace every Egyptian temple.
We will also visit the Colossi of Memnon, formerly just two statues alone in the desert, discovered only recently to be the entrance markers at the largest temple complex in all the world, now under excavation.
This afternoon, upon our return, we will check into the delightful and opulent Sonesta St. George, the most wonderful hotel in Luxor. Relax and enjoy the city in the country, as Luxor combines the best of both worlds.
Later this evening, we will visit the unique Luxor Temple, which features the avenue of sphinxes in front of the pylon dedicated to Ramses II. Luxor is the only religious monument in the world that includes Pharaonic, Macedonian, Ptolemaic, Roman, Christian, and Islamic constructions, and you can see the marks each dynasty left on this magnificent place. This temple is not to be missed!

February 16, Day 10

Denderah / Abydos temples:
In the morning we will have an optional journey to the exquisite Temple of Denderah, dedicated to Hathor, the goddess of abundance, love and joy. The temple is built with a zodiac ceiling that recalls the origins of Egypt. On the rooftop where Hathor priests and priestesses gathered for their celebrations thousands of years ago, Howard & Roger will continue to help us reconnect to our heart centers in a brief chakra ceremony.
We then continue north to the temple at Abydos, dedicated to Osiris and housing the nine great beings (the Ennead). This temple rests next to and above the most ancient Osirion, one of the premier power places on the planet, and home to the tattoo of the Flower of Life, the most primal sacred geometry. We will also see the more recent temple built by Seti I, which contains the most beautiful bas relief of any temple in Egypt.
Or, if you prefer just to stay in and relax and enjoy the pool, that works, too! Either way, this evening, you are free to explore Luxor once again… (Breakfast, Box Lunch)

February 17, Day 11

Day 11 - Final Teaching Session/Luxor / Cairo:
This morning, we will have our final session with Roger & Howard, recapitulating the most important experiences and learnings from our pilgrimage, and bringing together all the wisdom teachings.
Around midday, we check out of our hotel and are transferred to Luxor airport for our short flight back to Cairo. You will have time to eat at the airport, should you desire.
This afternoon, you’ll be checking back into the incomparable Mena House hotel.
Dine on your own this evening and relax and continue to integrate the Egypt energies.
You’ll want to get to bed early this evening, because tomorrow is our final initiation. (Breakfast)

February 18, Day 12

Day 12 - Great Pyramid / King's Chamber / Farewell Dinner:
In the early morning pre-dawn, our coach will take us to an exclusive and very powerful ceremony inside the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid. Be open to the experience that has changed many people’s lives, as your final initiation awakens you further, magnifying the crown chakra.
On the way back, we will stop at the panorama of the plateau. Here you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the city.
Breakfast at our hotel, then your day is free to recapitulate all you have experienced, or visit Cairo city or Giza on your own.
Tonight we'll have our Farewell dinner where we share our Egyptian memories of this oncein-a-lifetime trip! (Breakfast, Dinner)

February 19, Day 13
