Any increase in entrance fees, tickets and/or domestic airline charges will be passed on as trip price increases, as they are controlled by the governmental and out of our own control.

Please note that this is a courtesy only and you are responsible for your ﬂight management, seat assignments, check-in, transit (including hotels if applicable) and documentation for your ﬂight. Transformational Tours & Retreats takes no responsibility beyond booking your air travel.
A $1000 non-refundable deposit is due upon sign-up and holds your space. Please either pay by credit card through our secure online system or, if you are planning on paying by check or wire transfer, call (888) 600-7541 to make arrangements.
$5,997 per person covers the complete land package as indicated in the itinerary. Pilgrimage tour is based on 40 guests and price may increase (with at least 90 days advance notice) if there are fewer guests. A non-refundable deposit of $1000 holds your space. An interim payment of $2497 is due no later than July 15, 2019. Final payment of $2500 is due no later than Nov 28, 2019. If you sign up after that day, (space permitting) payment is due in full at time of booking. Departure taxes, security and fuel surcharges are subject to change without notice. All payments are due 70 days prior to travel, by Nov 28, 2019. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are gladly accepted. Personal checks are also accepted. An admin fee of $209.90 will be added unless you pay by check. A payment plan is available in 10 monthly installments, as follows: You must pay by credit card monthly. Make your initial $1,000 non-refundable deposit, then pay $500 per month every month starting in February, 2019 until November, 2019, when you will pay the balance of $706.90 ($497 plus the $209.90 admin fee). If you sign up after February and still wish to take advantage of the payment plan, just pay the amount due up to that month to catch up, then pay $500 per month per the above.
DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION, EXCEPT AS NOTED. GUESTS CANCELING PRIOR TO JULY 15, 2019 RECEIVE A FULL REFUND LESS THE INITIAL $1,000 DEPOSIT; PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 28, 2019 RECEIVE A 50% REFUND OF ALL MONIES ABOVE THE INITIAL DEPOSIT, ON OR AFTER NOVEMBER 28, 2019, NO REFUND – WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO BUY TRIP INSURANCE IN CASE OF CANCELLATION and are happy to assist with this process.
Single rooms are available upon payment of a single room supplement of $1,813.32 per person. Transformational Tours & Retreats will provide roommates whenever possible, upon request. If no roommate is available when tour closes, guest will be required to pay a single supplement, so guests are strongly encouraged to sign up with their own roommates.
All travelers need a passport valid for at least six months AFTER the date of entering the country (your passport MUST be valid through at least Aug 6, 2020 or you must renew before travel). Please note that this rule is enforced by the Egyptian Government. Holders of American and European Union Passports will receive a visa ON ARRIVAL to Egypt, and there is no need to get one in advance. Please bring $25 US in cash for your visa.
Between North America and African destinations, each passenger is usually allowed two pieces of checked baggage. Please check with your airline for speciﬁcs on the size and weight of your allowed baggage.

Gifted Travel Network, Inc. is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. ST39093, and with the California Seller of Travel Program, Registration No. 2113317-40.
Transformational Tours & Retreats has made arrangements for the tour services described in your itinerary and ﬁnal invoice. Hotels, airlines, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees or servants of, or joint venturers with Transformational Tours & Retreats. All certiﬁcates and other travel documents for tour services issued by us or our booking agent, Egypt Gate Travel, or by Gifted Travel Network, are subject to the terms and conditions speciﬁed by the supplier and the laws of the countries is which the services are supplied. By agreeing to utilize the services of Transformational Tours & Retreats, the tour participant agrees that Transformational Tours & Retreats, Egypt Gate Travel, Gifted Travel Network, Howard Caesar and Roger Teel, and any of their afﬁliates, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of Transformational Tours & Retreats, Egypt Gate Travel, Gifted Travel Network, Howard Caesar and Roger Teel, and any of their afﬁliates, employees or agents, or shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident, or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from: 1. the act or omission on the part of any person, including but not limited to, Transformational Tours & Retreats, Egypt Gate Travel, Gifted Travel Network, Howard Caesar and Roger Teel, or their employees; 2. acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical break-down, government actions, weather, or any cause beyond Transformational Tours & Retreats’, Howard Caesar’s, Roger Teel’s or Egypt Gate Travel’s direct control. No person, other than a representative of Transformational Tours & Retreats or Egypt Gate Travel, authorized by a document in writing, may vary, add or waive any term or condition in this brochure, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions. Written notice of any claim against Transformational Tours & Retreats or Howard Caesar and Roger Teel must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the date that services were provided to a tour participant. Although every effort will be made to deliver the trip exactly as in the itinerary, all terms and conditions, including fares, schedules, locations and rates are subject to change without notice. Quality and class will remain the same.
Transformational Tours & Retreats offers travel insurance which gives you unparalleled access to travel insurance options. If you need help purchasing insurance, please call us at (888) 600-7541. If you do NOT want travel insurance, you will also need to sign a waiver indicating this. Please note: If you want “cancel for any reason” insurance, you MUST purchase it within 30 days of your initial deposit.
