This Transformational Tours & Retreats Tour Booking Agreement is made on between Transformational Tours & Retreats (TT&R) and (Guest).

The following represents the Terms and Conditions of this Booking Agreement:

Tour and Tour Dates: 
Egyptian Awakening:
Sacred Divine Union with Halle Eavelyn dated October 14-27, 2021  (Tour).

  1. TOUR PRICE INCLUSIONS:
    1. ACCOMMODATIONS. 13 nights are provided as listed below. Tour Cost includes accommodations based on double occupancy with two guests sharing a twin-bedded room or king room with private bath.

03 nights at Mena House Hotel with a garden view, Cairo
01 night at House of Life, Abydos
07 nights on deluxe Nile cruise
02 nights at The Four Seasons Giza First Residence Hotel, Cairo

  1. Greeting and assistance at airports in all cities in Egypt.
  2. All touring and transfers in air-conditioned motor coach.
  3. Transfers from and to the airport / hotels in all cities.
  4. Entrance fees to all visits included in Tour.
  5. Domestic flights within Egypt:

Cairo to Abydos
Aswan to Cairo

  1. Private / exclusive visit between the Paws of the Sphinx.
  2. Private / exclusive visit to Philae Temple.
  3. Private/ exclusive visit to Osirian Temple in Abydos.
  4. Private / exclusive visit inside the Great Pyramid.
  5. Daily buffet breakfast at accommodations (13 Breakfasts).
  6. Daily dinner or lunch where indicated on the Itinerary (9 Lunches and 11 Dinners).
  7. Licensed English-speaking Spiritual guide throughout the Tour.
  8. All hotel taxes, service charges and government sales tax.
  9. Luggage handling at all airports and accommodations.
  10. Tips for site staff and hotel staff.
  1. TOUR PRICE EXCLUSIONS:
    1. International air tickets.
    2. Visa – paid for upon arrival in Egypt - U.S. currency (cash) $25.00.
    3. Meals and drinks not listed in Section 1 of this Booking Agreement.
    4. Laundry, telephone calls, or other items of a personal nature.
    5. Tip amount for guides/drivers to be collected at start of Tour - in U.S. currency (cash) $250.00.
    6. Travel and Health Insurance.
    7. Any increases in entrance fees, tickets and/or domestic airline charges may result in additional charges to Guest. These fees are Government controlled and TT&R has no control over them. All changes will be communicated to Guest as TT&R is apprised.
  1. INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS:

As a courtesy, and if requested, TT&R will assist with international flight arrangements.  TT&R can be reached via our website, toursandretreats.com or at (888) 600-7541. TT&R Booking Fee is $50.00 per person for a coach flight and $100.00 Booking Fee per person for either business or first class flight. This Booking Fee is in addition to the ticket cost, is paid at time of ticket purchase, and is non-refundable.  Guest is responsible for flight management, seat assignments, check-in, transit to departing airport, documentation, and potential COVID-19 test requirements. TT&R accepts no responsibility for international flights beyond booking your air travel. 

  1. PAYMENT/ DEPOSIT/ TOUR COST:
    1. Tour Cost per Guest: $7,497.00.
    2. Deposit - To reserve spot on Tour, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 (Deposit) is due upon execution of Booking Agreement.
    3. An interim payment of $3,249.00 is due no later than June 15, 2021.
    4. Final payment of $3,248.00 is due no later than August 25, 2021.
    5. Booking Agreements executed after August 25, 2021, except for add-ons such as extra nights’ accommodations, must be paid in full upon execution of Booking Agreement.
    6. Departure taxes, security and fuel surcharges are subject to change without notice.
    7. All payments are due 70 days prior to travel, by August 25, 2021.
    8. Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) are accepted through our secure online system.
    9. Payment may be made with personal or cashier’s checks or wire transfers. If you are planning on paying by check or wire transfer, call (888) 600-7541 to make arrangements.
  1. CANCELLATION:
    1. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION.
    2. Refunds due to cancellation:
      • Guests cancelling prior to MAY 15, 2021 receive a full refund of Tour Cost paid, less the initial $1,000.00 deposit.
      • Guests cancelling prior to JULY 15, 2021 receive a 50% refund of Tour Cost paid, less the initial $1,000.00 deposit.
      • Guests cancelling on or after JULY 16, 2021, no refund shall be issued.
    3. TT&R strongly encourages Guest to purchase Trip Insurance. Please contact TT&R for assistance in this process.
    4. COVID or other Issues Outside of TT&R Control: If Tour postponement becomes necessary due to COVID-19 travel restrictions or other reasons outside the control of TT&R, Guest shall receive a credit for Tour Cost paid, applicable to a future TT&R tour of the same or similar nature.
  1. DOUBLE OCCUPANCY/ROOMMATES/SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS:
    1. Tour Cost is based upon double occupancy.
    2. Guest is encouraged to sign-up with a roommate to meet this double occupancy requirement.
    3. TT&R will provide roommates, upon request, and when possible.
    4. Single rooms are available upon additional payment of a single room supplement fee of $1,797.00 per Guest.
    5. If double occupancy is not achieved for Guest by September 3, 2021 Guest may be required to pay the single supplement fee of $1,797.00.
  1. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS :
    1. PASSPORT: Guest is required to have a passport valid for at least six months AFTER the date of entering the Egypt (your passport MUST be valid through at least May 2, 2022) or you must renew before Tour. NOTE: This rule is enforced by the Egyptian Government.
    2. VISA: . Holders of American and European Union Passports will receive a visa ON ARRIVAL to Egypt, and there is no need to get one in advance. Please bring U.S. currency (cash) of $25.00 for your Visa.
  1. BAGGAGE: Between North America and African destinations, each airline passenger is usually allowed two pieces of checked baggage. Please check with your airline for specifics on the size and weight of your allowed baggage. The in-country flights may limit your luggage to one piece (and a second piece at an additional fee); you will be able to leave your additional luggage in a safe facility and it will be delivered to your final hotel in Cairo on arrival.
  1. AFFILIATION: Transformational Tours & Retreats, 3751 SW 146 Ave., Miramar, FL 33027 (888) 600-7541 is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. TI64162, is a dba of Halle Eavelyn Enterprises, LLC, and a member of the Gifted Travel Network. Gifted Travel Network, Inc. is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. ST39093, and with the California Seller of Travel Program, Registration No. 2113317-40. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and Guest shall submit to the courts Miami-Dade County, Florida for the purpose of any suit, action or proceeding.
  1. TRAVEL INSURANCE: TT&R highly recommends travel insurance for the Tour and can provide access to a variety of travel insurance options. If Guest seeks assistance purchasing travel insurance, an appointment with advisor is available via website, toursandretreats.com, or by calling 888-600-7541. If Guest does NOT obtain travel insurance on their own or with TT&R, Guest must sign a waiver indicating this. Note: If Guest wants “cancel for any reason” travel insurance, Guest MUST purchase it within 30 days of TT&R receipt of Deposit. Guest understands that TT&Rs is not an insurer, does not provide travel insurance or provide any insurance coverage for Guest or Tour.  TT&R may offer suggestions and or access to travel insurance, as a courtesy. TT&Rs is not endorsing any travel insurance policy, or advising Guest on the veracity of the travel insurance purchased, and TT&Rs shall not be responsible for Guest’s choice of policy or coverage purchased and if purchased through TT&Rs, Guest shall not rely on any representations and/or opinions offered by TT&Rs.  It is Guest’s responsibility to review and thoroughly understand the insurance coverage they purchase. Guest must retain, and provide proof of, adequate travel insurance to cover medical expenses and Tour cancellation, and understands that medical expenses/and or cancellation relating to the Virus may not be covered, per the insurance policy, and that these changes may alter without notice and through no control of TT&Rs.
  1. CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC: Guest is fully aware of the current national and global Coronavirus (Virus) pandemic outbreak (“Virus” definition shall include epidemiological changes in Virus which may morph or change Virus to include a different virus name identifier). Furthermore, Guest acknowledges that the Virus spread and treatment is rapidly changing and that governmental and territorial responses, domestically and internationally, vary and are subject to change without notice, including immigration restrictions which may be instituted before or during Tour that may impede Guest’s ability to enter or exit Tour destination(s) as planned. Guest understands that it is their responsibility to check the latest domestic and international travel information, warnings restrictions, and rules regarding this Virus outbreak and understands the risks.
    1. Guest acknowledges some locations, destinations or regions of Tour may be remote or have nonexistent or inadequate medical care available. Traveler attests they have adequate financial resources for medical care required and/or relating to Virus if required on Tour.
    2. Guest agrees to hold TT&Rs harmless for any financial loss, penalties or fees associated with, and not limited to: travel restrictions, entry denial or delays, illness, death, quarantine rules or directives, proof of recent Virus testing results, on-the-spot Virus testing, mandatory mask wearing, social distancing measures, event/itinerary cancellation or modification, interruption of services of suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, excursion and tour providers, and denial of insurance claim as it relates to Virus or any other claim under the policy. Guest further agrees not to institute a credit card dispute or “chargeback” against TT&Rs for any penalties or fees.  
  1. RESPONSIBILITY: TT&R has planned the Tour set forth in this Booking Agreement. Hotels, airlines, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees, or servants of, or joint venturers with TT&R. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by us or our booking agent, Egypt Gate Travel, or by Gifted Travel Network, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and the laws of the countries is which the services are supplied. By agreeing to utilize the services of TT&R, the Guest agrees that TT&R, Egypt Gate Travel, and Gifted Travel Network, shall not be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of TT&R, Egypt Gate Travel, and Gifted Travel Network,  or shall not be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident, or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from: (a) the act or omission on the part of any person including but not limited to TT&R, Halle Eavelyn, or Egypt Gate Travel, or (b) acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, or any cause beyond TT&R or Egypt Gate Travel’s direct control.

No person, other than a representative of TT&R or Egypt Gate Travel, unless authorized in writing, may vary, add, or waive any term or condition in this Booking Agreement.

  1. NOTICE: Written notice of any claim against TT&R must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the conclusion of the Tour. TT&R address: 3751 SW 146 Ave., Miramar, FL 33027.
  1. Although every effort will be made to deliver the Tour exactly as listed in the Booking Agreement, all terms, and conditions, including fares, schedules, locations, hotels, cruises, and rates are subject to change without notice. Every effort will be made to ensure the price stays the same, but should international currency fluctuate significantly, it may become necessary to pass on that cost to you, the guest. If this happens, you will receive as much advance notice as possible.

By signing this Booking Agreement, Guest agrees they have read, understood, and accept to abide by all the Terms and Conditions outlined above.   I acknowledge being fully informed about the details of this Tour and of the cancellation policy.
